Terms and policies subject to change

• All rates subject to 8% sales tax, not included.
• A major credit card is required to secure reservation. Individual
room bookings require payment in full at time of booking.
• Check-in 4-8pm
• Bed and Breakfast checkout: 12pm.
• Whole Inn booking check-out: 4pm.
• $25 per-pet fee
Individual Room Bookings:
• $25 per night fee for each sofabed used. Whole Inn Bookings and children, no charge.
• Single night stays subject to 20%
surcharge.
Whole Inn Bookings:
• A 50% deposit is required to reserve the Whole Inn, the remainder
will be charged at the beginning of the week of your arrival.
• Two-night minimum
• $350 Damages Deposit, reserved against your card, and refunded 5 days after
your stay if the Inn and its contents are left in acceptable condition.
• The owners have private quarters on premises and are
available to address issues affecting the running of the Inn, and to answer questions if
wished.
• Guests are responsible for the safety and well-being of all persons
in their group.
• Children must be supervised at all times and are not permitted in the
cooking area or to use kitchen utensils or appliances.
• You are asked to agree to keep the Woodbine neat and tidy and leave
the building much as you found it.
• A fee will be charged in the event of breakages or undue mess.
• A rentor's agreement between guest and the Woodbine may be required
at commencement of stay.
Events Bookings:
• Small events usage up to 20 persons are included in a 2-night Whole Inn Rental stay.
• A minimum events fee of $550 is required for Weddings/Events usage, which covers a guest attendance of up to 50 persons. Additional guests above 50 persons are billed at $7 per person, rounded up to the nearest 5. Please call to discuss included services included in events fee.
• Local guesthouse accommodations and taxi services can be
arranged for additional guests if wished.
HITS Bookings
Payment in full is required at time of reservation.
Cancellation policy
• Single room Bookings: 7 days advance notice of cancellation or
changes required for full refund
• Whole Inn Bookings: require 30 days notice of cancellation to receive
a full refund on your
deposit, minus a $25 administration fee.
• Whole Inn cancellations within 30 days of booking will forfeit your
50% deposit.
• Whole Inn cancellations within 10 days of booking will be charged the
full term of the stay.
Cancelation policies are firm, no exceptions.

Special terms may apply to HITS bookings, long-term bookings and
peak/holiday periods.
