Whole Inn bookings include:

Terms and policies subject to change without notice.

• All rates subject to 8% sales tax, not included.
• A major credit card is required to secure reservation. Individual room bookings require payment in full at time of booking.
• Check-in 4-8pm, Check-out 12-2pm.
• $20 per-pet fee
• Individual Room Bookings: $20 per night fee for each sofabed used. Children no charge.

Whole Inn Bookings:
• A 50% deposit is required to reserve the Whole Inn, the remainder will be charged at the beginning of the week of your arrival.
• Two-night minimum
• $350 Damages Deposit, processed seperately and refunded 5 days after your stay
• The owners have separate private quarters on premises and are available to address issues
affecting the running of the Inn and to answer any questions if requested.
• Guests are responsible for the safety and well-being of all persons in their group.
• Children must be supervised at all times and are not permitted in the cooking area or to use kitchen utensils or appliances.
• You are asked to agree to keep the Woodbine neat and tidy and leave the building much as you found it.
A fee will be charged in the event of breakages or undue mess.
• A rentor's agreement between guest and the Woodbine may be required atcommencement of stay.

Events Bookings:
• $7 per invited guest not staying at the Inn (numbers rounded up to the nearest 5).
A minimum events fee of $250 is required for small events usage.
• Whole Inn bookings include parking facilities for up to 16 cars. For any additional on-road parking, valet management is required.
Taxi pick-ups and drop-offs to local guesthouse accommodations can be arranged for additional guests.

HITS Bookings
Payment in full is required at time of reservation.

Cancellations policy
• Single room Bookings: 7 days advance notice of cancellation or changes required for full refund
• Whole Inn Bookings require 30 days notice of cancellation to recieve a full refund on your
deposit,minus a $25 admin fee.
• Whole Inn cancellations within 30 days of booking will forfiet your 50% deposit.
• Whole Inn cancellations within 10 days of booking will be charged the full term of the stay.
