Our beautifully restored Historic Inn is entirely yours for the

duration of your stay and provides a relaxing, calming environment

for your Retreat or Workshop.

          • 40ft Ballroom with polished hardwood floors, ideal for
            Yoga, Meditation, Dance and Healing workshops.
          • Historic Mahogany lounge features a 65inch projection TV,
            great for presentations and film.
          • Magnificent state of the art kitchen perfect for cooking
            classes and demonstrations.
          • We cook breakfast and dinner to suit your group.
          • Enjoy a cooking class as part of your stay—it’s a fun way
            for the group to participate together, and afterward sit down to a delicious meal!
          • We provide licensed Yoga instructors, acupuncture and massage
            therapists, if required


        Retreats and Workshops are priced individually, based on size of group, length of stay, meals and additional requirements.

This Yoga Workshop preferred vegetarian cuisine.

We prepared delicious breakfasts and dinners, and arranged an Indian

cooking class, which also provided Saturday's dinner!

Saturday

7:30-8:30 am -Sunrise Yoga

9:00 am - Breakfast

Mushroom and herb scrambled eggs served with sauteed cherry tomatoes, country biscuits and home-fries

3:30-5:30 pm - Yoga Workshop

6:00-8:00pm - Indian Cooking Class

Coconut milk Salmon, Saag Paneer (spinach and homemade cheese), Rice and Naan bread

All dishes are prepared in class from scratch, including the Naan bread and homemade  cheese

8:00 pm - Festive Indian Dinner

 

Sunday

7:30-8:30 am -Sunrise Yoga

9:00 am - Breakfast

Challah Almond French Toast with homemade warm berry sauce and maple syrup

5:00-7:00 pm – Yoga Workshop

7:30 pm – Dinner

Eggplant rollatini in a fresh tomato sauce with parsley linguini, mesclun-frisee salad with roasted garlic and pignole nuts

Monday

7:30-8:30 am – Sunrise Yoga

9:00 am – Breakfast

Bagel buffet spread with cream cheese and lox

11:00 am – Check Out
